By accessing and using SimpleCut ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

SimpleCut is a web-based video editing tool that operates client-side within your browser. We provide this service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You Own Your Content

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your videos, images, and audio files remain yours.

Local Processing

Since processing happens on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up your data. We do not store copies of your projects on our servers.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Process illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service's code.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that SimpleCut shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
